my preschool offers a high quality, development appropriate early childhood program. we provide a safe and nurturing environment that promotes the physical, social, emotional and cognitive development of infants and young children while responding to the needs of the family. our twin girls graduated from my preschool in august 2016 and were there from 18 months to 5 years. each and every teacher there is wonderful and most have been there for years (you never see that in preschools). i cannot say enough good things about this place. my daughter started my preschool at 3 months old in the infant room. i was a nervous wreck at the thought of leaving my baby at daycare, but from day 1 my mind was at ease… right away, this place is amazing. the teachers on the infant side are insanely loving. they are happy to see her when my wife or i drop her off in the mornings, rushing right over to get her and play with her, and my daughter happily reaches for them…
hello i am mariah, and i am very excited to be teaching here at cps. this really confirmed my love for young children and inspired me to learn as much as i can about how they develop. during these four years i worked at moss street children’s center, where i gained so many skills, experiences and really learned how to develop deep relationships with kids and their families. after college i stayed at moss street for three and a half more years, with some travels to europe and peru in between. feel free to reach out and get to know me, ask questions, or just spend time chatting about your lovely children.
